He was killed on January 9, 2026, in Andisheh, Tehran, by a gunshot to the head during protests. He is remembered as a martyr for freedom.
علی توسلی، متخصص ۴۲ ساله اویونیک و از کارکنان باسابقه فرودگاه بود که سالها امنیت پروازها را تضمین میکرد؛ مردی دقیق، کمحرف و مسئول. او در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ (۹ ژانویه ۲۰۲۶) در جریان اعتراضات در اندیشه تهران، با شلیک گلوله به سر کشته شد. وی شهید راه آزادی نامیده میشود.
